Recently invited to compete at Vera Pizza Champion 2026 in Naples, Italy, Pizza Chef Aydan Fabian will teach you tips, tricks, and secret techniques to get that perfect crust and mouthwatering toppings. Info: Each student will make their own small batch of dough.

Shape dough balls
Info: Students will learn how to prep their dough; gluten developing techniques, dough ball shaping, and storage.

Demonstration
Info: Chef Aydan Fabian will make a few pizzas to demonstrate the assembly and baking processes, and for sampling.

Make Pizzas
