👵🏻 Sophia Got Run Over by a Reindeer
a Golden Girls Holiday Musical, by Jason B. Schmidt
🎄 From the creator of other Golden Girls inspired musicals like “Thank YULE for Being a Friend” and “Hot Flashbacks,” comes this world premiere Christmas musical, “Sophia Got Run Over by a Reindeer!”
❤️ After receiving a ransom note from one Freida Claxton - Dorothy, Blanche and Rose must set off to The North Pole, by way of Atlanta, Brooklyn and St. Olaf to gather all the clues necessary to solve this True Crime, and find out if Sophia Petrillo really DID get run over by a reindeer!
🎅🏾 Or if perhaps, this is just another scheme from one of the Golden Girls’ most dastardly villains, Freida Claxton, in her ongoing mission to deforest THE ENTIRE WORLD! (insert maniacal laughter here)
💚 Featuring holiday songs you know and love, Golden Girls easter eggs every TRUE fan will be shvitzing over, and all the shenanigans The Golden Gays™ bring you every year - “Sophia Got Run Over by a Reindeer” is destined to become your *new* holiday tradition.
“I came to the theater with my mother who is a HUGE fan of the Golden Girls and y’all - thank you for a great show, and making mom smile.”
