Come and explore the LCM Pioneer Scheme - a paid two-year employment opportunity which is designed to equip believers from London’s diverse communities to become confident, effective gospel witnesses.

About the Pioneer Scheme
The LCM Pioneer Scheme is a unique opportunity for Christians from London’s urban communities to:
- Receive theological training
- Gain hands-on mission experience through an LCM placement
- Serve one day a week in their home church
- Grow in confidence sharing Jesus in real-life contexts
- Be supported through mentoring, training, and community
- Receive a parttime salary throughout the two-year programme
The scheme is fully funded by generous supporters - making it accessible to believers who may never have imagined stepping into ministry.

If this opportunity is not for you, but you are interested in Theological Training, come along to the Opening Evening and find out about our Foundation Programme.
The Foundation Programme is a part-time two-year training course which will equip you for gospel mission in an urban setting. If you have a heart for the lost people of our city, this course will prepare you spiritually and practically to reach them with God’s love. It provides an essential understanding of the Christian faith, and is for anyone with a passion for the gospel.
The programme involves classroom study; you will explore the overarching story of the Bible and grow your knowledge of Scripture. But it is also practical. There are sessions on spirituality, reaching marginalised people with the gospel, sharing faith with Muslims and how to engage in Biblical counselling. You’ll be coached in delivering Bible talks and sharing your testimony.
