What opportunities are hiding in plain sight in your business?
This Pioneer Club session is all about looking at business challenges differently, and using the collective experience, ideas and connections in the room to uncover opportunities we might not spot on our own.
We'll begin with Out of Africa, hearing a real story of how a business opportunity was identified and developed, and exploring what we can learn from that experience.
Then it's over to the room.
Before the event, we'll ask everyone attending to bring one real business challenge, problem or opportunity they'd value some fresh thinking on.
It could be:
- A problem you're trying to solve
- Something you'd like to grow
- A customer or market challenge
- A connection or introduction you need
- An idea you haven't quite cracked
- An opportunity you'd like another perspective on
We'll then go on our Opportunity Safari – using the knowledge and experience around the room to spot possibilities for each other.
You might leave with a new idea, a useful introduction, a different way of approaching a problem, an offer of help – or simply a question that changes how you think about the challenge.
The goal is simple: nobody leaves empty-handed.
Rather than spending the morning talking about business opportunities, we're going to see how many we can actually create for each other.
