Join us at Mother Road Brewing for an evening exploring the mental side of climbing with professional climber, somatic practitioner, and mental performance coach and long-time community member, Lor Sabourin!We'll kick things off with a short film created by Lor and local filmmaker and route developer Blake McCord, highlighting modern multipitch climbing in Sedona and the mental challenges of sustaining performance through long days on the wall and over a lifetime of climbing.
Following the film, Lor will lead a conversation and Q&A about multipitch free climbing, mental performance, and what it means to play the long game.
