About this Event
Venue: Fabletics in Downtown Summerlin
Overview: There's a quiet distinction in the way some people move... They stand with length. Move with ease. Carry strength without rigidity. Nothing feels forced, yet their presence has an unmistakable stature . We'll awaken the core, improve mobility lengthen the frame, and cultivate a sleek, lifted carriage- the kind that naturally emerges from greater alignment, strength, and control. Set to the smooth sound of instrumental saxophone, the practice is intentionally free from lyrical distraction, giving you space to focus on the subtleties that matter: your breath, your form, your control, and the sensations of each movement. Expect to leave feeling energized, strong, and more connected to yourself with greater freedom in your movement and a renewed sense of vitality and capability.
