Set to the smooth sound of instrumental saxophone, the practice is intentionally free from lyrical distraction, giving you space to focus on the subtleties that matter: your breath, your form, your control, and the sensations of each movement. Expect to leave feeling energized, strong, and more connected to yourself with greater freedom in your movement and a renewed sense of vitality and capability.
Know Your Instructor: Odun Grace is the Founder of Pinnacle of Poise, and a 3rd generation mat Pilates intstructor. With a background in healthcare and a deep interest in the relationship between posture, movement, and personal presence, she brings a thoughtful perspective to the practice. Her approach blends classical Pilates principles, with posture, refinement, and the elegance and discipline of ballet influence, helping clients develop greater strength, mobility, body awareness, alignment, and control. Her teaching philosophy is rooted in a simple idea: move with precision, build strength with purpose, and develop a body that supports the way you want to live.
