Join lululemon Ambassador LaBrea Bass and fitness instructor Kristina Martin for Pink in Motion, a morning of movement, wellness, recovery, and community in Reston Town Center in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
We’re bringing together some of our favorite ways to move, connect, and recover for one feel-good wellness crawl through RTC.
What to Know Before You Go 🎀
Pink in Motion is designed to be welcoming, fun, and accessible to a variety of fitness levels. Whether you’re coming to sweat, recover, connect with the community, or support someone impacted by breast cancer, we’re excited to have you!
What to wear: PINK, of course! 💕 Come dressed in comfortable athletic clothing and sneakers that you can walk and work out in.
What to bring: Please bring a yoga or fitness mat, water, and anything else you may need to feel comfortable throughout the morning.
Tribute Wall: We invite you to bring a photo of a family member, friend, loved one, or anyone whose life has been impacted by breast cancer. Participation is completely optional. Photos will be added to our Pink in Motion tribute wall as a way to honor, celebrate, and remember those who are part of our stories.
The workout: Expect Pilates-inspired stretch and mobility along with strength-based movement. All fitness levels are welcome, and modifications will be provided. You’re encouraged to move in the way that feels best for you.
The wellness crawl: This is more than a workout! Following our movement portion, we’ll continue through Reston Town Center for recovery, wellness activations, refreshments, and opportunities to connect with local partners and our community.
Sauna + recovery: Guests participating in sauna or recovery experiences should follow all instructions provided by the wellness partner. Participation in individual recovery experiences is optional.
Weather: Portions of Pink in Motion will take place outdoors. Please dress appropriately for the weather. Any weather-related updates or changes will be communicated to registered guests.
