Join Clemson Extension and The Longleaf Alliance to learn the basics of managing for pine straw in productive and diverse stands.About this Event
The morning sessions will focus on developing longleaf pine woodlands into productive pine straw stands while maintaining habitat diversity and forest health. Following lunch, a field tour of Indian Springs Tree Farm, winner of the 2025 SC Tree Farmer of the Year Award, will showcase pine straw management practices.

Approved: 2.0 hours SC CORE CCH credits (included in general registration)

Registration fee includes morning break and lunch. Participants are responsible for their own transportation to the field tour location.
