We are thrilled to be co-hosting Crafternoon Tea with art here at Asanda Yoga. Join us in our cozy outdoor gazebo nestled in nature.Included in the crafternoon is:
Full lesson lead by an specialized instructor
your craft supplies to complete your craft
an optional high tea lunch (gluten free options)
Crafternoon Tea making Pine Needle Baskets
Date: Wednesday, September 30th
Where: Asanda Yoga in the Gazebo
Time: 10:00 - 3:00pm
Workshop: $85 | Add High Tea for $25
Included: All supplies to make the basket, tea and a morning snack.
Pack your own lunch Option: If you are not adding the high tea to your experience, you are invited to pack your lunch to eat at this break time.
Learn to make a small basket using pine needles, waxed sinew and a decoration. It was learned as an indigenous craft, but the baskets are also created in Poland.
All pine needles, sinew, embellishments and sewing needles will be provided, however if you have a thimble, a small pair of pliers and small, sharp scissors they come in handy. (Some extras of these tools will be available.)
If your project is not completed by the end of the day you will be given enough material to finish it at home.
