Pilates + Sauna is coming to Salix — with Pilates instructor Audrey Espinoza.Have you been wanting to try Pilates? Curious about sauna? Or already love one—or both? This is your chance to experience them together!
Join us Friday, October 9 at 5:30 PM for Pilates with Audrey Espinoza and an infrared sauna session.
Pilates supports strength, stability, mobility and body control. Infrared sauna adds a separate layer of heat-based recovery and relaxation. Together, they create a well-rounded session built around purposeful movement and recovery-focused heat exposure.
New to Pilates or sauna? That’s completely fine. This event is designed to be approachable for first-timers while still offering value for those who already have experience with either—or both.
Coming with someone? Register for two, share a sauna suite, and you’ll each receive a $5 Salix credit toward a future visit.
