About this Event
You are welcome to come and join a friendly, welcoming Pilates class designed to
help you move better, feel stronger and connect with your body.
Whether you are new to Pilates or looking to build on your existing practice, these
classes offer a supportive environment where you can work at your own pace under
the watchful eye of the instructor. Sessions focus on improving core strength,
flexibility, balance, posture and overall body awareness, with exercises that can be
adapted to suit different abilities and fitness levels.
