And don’t worry if you’ve never done Pilates before. Beginners are absolutely welcome. This isn’t about being the bendiest person in the room — it’s about moving, having fun and enjoying a lovely afternoon.

This is more than a Pilates class.
It’s three hours to switch off, move your body, have a drink, enjoy some food and spend a Sunday afternoon with good people.
