Led by Dr. Jazz of Jazzi Pilates, this full-body Pilates flow is designed for all levels. Expect intentional movement, core work, stretching, music, and plenty of Black joy in the park.
Whether you're a Pilates regular or simply looking for a fun way to move your body, come as you are and bring a friend!
