Welcome to Pilates BESTU x Runners event! Join us for an energizing Mat Pilates session at a beautiful studio followed by a refreshing 3km River Run .
This in-person event will take place at a local studio in South Fulham just by the Thames. Get ready to stretch, sweat and strengthen with fellow fitness enthusiasts. Don't miss out on this opportunity to challenge yourself and unwind in a scenic setting. Lace up your running shoes and bring your yoga mat for a morning of wellness and community!
WHY 3K? We’ve designed this run to be 3K because it’s accessible, energizing, and achievable for runners at all levels. Whether you're building confidence or getting back into movement, 3K is the perfect sweet spot—challenging without being intimidating.
We’ll support you every step of the way and keep it at a conversational pace. You won’t be left behind. The run (and brunch) is optional, so if you prefer to meet us later for brunch or head home early, there's no pressure!
LOGISTICS:
🎒 A bag drop will be available—but please note there are no changing facilities at this event. We'll leave your belongings secured in the studio, but can't take any responsiblity!
🧘♀️ Make sure to bring your Grip socks, Water, and anything else you need if you're joining us for the run!
