We dive into powerful ideas from psychology, business, and health through reading and by putting what we learn into real life. From redefining our physical limits through movement to cultivating clarity through mindfulness and meditation, we’re here to explore our potential and support each other in the process.

Hiking the Ivinghoe Beacon Ridgeway, we'll be meeting at London Euston train station OR you can catch us at Tring train station in the morning if commuting from elsewhere. Times will be specified closer to the time in the WhatsApp group.
