About this Event
Join WPG Cycle for a low-impact, full body Mat Pilates flow designed to strengthen, lengthen, and empower your entire body. Using dumbbells, blocks, and resistance bands, this 60 min energizing class will build core strength, stability, and mobility. Your ticket also includes a post-class beverage and snack to enjoy in the tap room!
All skill levels and ages are welcome, no previous yoga experience needed. Participants must bring their own yoga mat, ankle weights(if you want an extra challenge), and water bottle. All other equipment will be provided!
This event starts at 11:30AM - 1PM
**Doors will open to participants at 11:25am!
$30 per ticket + fees
Each ticket includes:
- One hour mat pilates class led by the team at Winnipeg Cycle
- Alcohol option: 16oz beer, cider, or mead of your choice and snack
- Alcohol-free option: your choice of an alcohol-free drink and snack
