Following a dynamic Pilates session with Ana Cabal, designed to awaken the body and prepare the senses for the sensory journey ahead. Then, step into the world of Amalphine and discover its signature ingredients, textures and fragrances — the perfect Autumn reset for your body and skin.

Ana Cabal
With over 12 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, Ana Cabal is a Pilates & Barre Instructor and Longevity Coach.
Following international training in Indoor Cycling, she has taught at more than 20 studios and trained over 50 instructors, collaborating over the years with leading brands and names across the fitness, beauty, nutrition, and wellness industries.
Her philosophy? Using movement as a tool to feel better, inside and out — because even a single class can positively change someone’s day.
