Start with a rejuvenating pilates session led by Dana from Credo Pilates, then unwind with a guided wine tasting curated just for you.

What’s included:

• 50 minute mat pilates class led by Dana from Credo Pilates.
• all levels welcome, no experience needed.
• no equipment required, Pilates mats are provided.
• guided wine tasting of three glasses of wine specially selected from our range of over 1,000 wines at Monty's. Non alcoholic options are available.
