Pilates Airah is one of a kind experience brought to you by American Pilates Co. and Inspired Warrior Project.

What is the Pilates Airah?? Pilates Airah is an experiences of 25 minute pilates classes by various local studios, including a class from Danya Dewolfe, along with different breathwork sessions in between classes by trauma informed wellness coach, Kass Gomez.

9:00 am Doors Open! Setup your mat, grab light bites, check out the local vendors and studios!

9:30am: Pilates

10:00am: Breathwork Session

10:30am: Pilates

11:00 am: Breathwork Session

11:30am: Pilates Fusion

12:00pm: Nadis Shodana Breathwork

1pm: Event Ends
