A little time to paint, experiment and switch off
Pigment & Paper is a relaxed weekly watercolour session for anyone who would like to make more time for creativity.
There’s no set painting to follow and no pressure to produce a finished piece. Instead, you have the freedom to explore watercolour at your own pace, try different subjects and materials, or simply spend some quiet time painting alongside other people.
Over time, Pigment & Paper has grown into a small creative community. Participants have described the sessions as peaceful, welcoming and pressure-free, with the chance to unwind after work, experiment without feeling intimidated and gradually build confidence in their painting.
You don’t need to consider yourself an artist, and you don’t need any previous experience. Some people come to learn through experimenting, some come because they want dedicated time to paint, and others simply enjoy having a peaceful space to be creative.
Each session includes:
- Professional-quality watercolour paints and a range of artist-grade papers
- Access to art books, painting references and Wiktoria’s watercolour e-book for inspiration
- Freedom to work on whatever you feel like painting that week
- Gentle guidance from Wiktoria whenever you would like some help
- A friendly, informal space to paint alongside a small community of other attendees
Pigment & Paper isn't a taught class or course. It is simply a regular space to explore, practise and enjoy painting on your own terms.
Wednesdays at West Moor Community Centre
£12 per session + booking fees
All materials are included.
Booking is essential, as places are limited and materials are prepared in advance.
