Join us for a heartfelt, hands-on evening celebrating the comforting tradition of homemade pierogi. In this intimate class, each guest will learn to prepare pierogi from start to finish—making a tender dough, rolling and shaping each piece, filling them with a selection of classic savory fillings, and cooking them to perfection. This class is especially meaningful to me, inspired by the stories my grandfather shared of his mother making pierogi when he was a child. Together, we’ll honor that sense of tradition, connection, and care while learning techniques you can bring to your own kitchen.Come ready to cook, create, and enjoy one of Eastern Europe’s most beloved comfort foods.
Doors open at 5:30 pm, class begins at 6:00. Beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
