About this Event
Picture-Perfect Listings: Marketing Real Estate with Professional Photography, Video & Media - SPONSORED by VALOR MORTGAGE GROUP
Presented by Beth Graeme Photography | TREC CE Provider #11409-CEP | Course #40015-RECE | 2 Hours Real Estate Elective CE
Lunch is on us and you walk out with 2 hours of CE!!
Buyers decide fast, and your listing photos are the first showing. In this class we cover what makes listing media actually work: when a phone is fine and when you need a pro, the difference between a basic and a complete media package (video, 3D tours, floor plans, twilights, aerials), and how to prep sellers so the house is ready when the photographer shows up.
Taught by Beth Graeme, a Dallas real estate photographer shooting listings since 2016, PPA Certified Professional Photographer and Zillow Certified Photographer.
Lunch sponsored by The Valor Mortgage Group of Barrett Financial.
Only 10 seats! If it fills up, join the waitlist and we will let you know if a spot opens.
Where: Lucid Offices, 13155 Noel Rd, 9th Floor, Dallas, TX 75240. Park in the Galleria Tower 3 garage (paid parking). From the garage, head to the lobby and take the middle set of elevators to the 9th floor.
