PickleMadness: Pickleball Tournament

Nashville — grab a partner and settle this on the court. PickleMadness is a 32-team mixed doubles pickleball tournament on Saturday, June 13 at The Courts at West Meade, benefiting the Cure Alzheimer's Fund. $40 per team. Four tiered brackets, four champions, one great cause.

Here's what makes this one different. PickleMadness is the first stop of a new quarterly series in Nashville with a DUPR-style internal rating system. Every match you play — pool play, bracket play, and open-play seeding games on the spare courts — starts building your rating. By T4, seeding won't come from a questionnaire. It'll come from how you actually played. Show up to Tournament 1 and you're not just playing for a prize. You're starting your rating.

• 32 mixed doubles teams (one male + one female per team)
• 8 pools of 4 — full round robin in pool play, 3 pool games for every team
• Every team makes a bracket. Four concurrent 8-team tiered brackets: Gold, Silver, Bronze, Iron
• Minimum 4 matches total, up to 6 if you reach a final. All four bracket finals run at the same time.
• Open-play seeding games run on spare courts during bracket rounds — every match counts toward your rating
• Side-out scoring, 20-minute time cap with a 2-minute warning

• 9:30 AM — Check-in and warm-ups
• 10:00 AM — First serve
• ~12:55 PM — Awards ceremony
• 1:30 PM — Venue clear

• Minimum 4 matches, up to 6 if you reach a final
• Water and hydration provided all day
• Hyde's Hail Mary
• Slate Milk chocolate milk samples — high-protein, lactose-free, while they last
• Pause Nashville compression therapy and cold plunge station
• [solidcore] warm-up and cool-down activation tent
• Prizes for the top teams in all four brackets, plus awards for Best Team Spirit, Best Dressed, and more

• All skill levels welcome. We seed pools competitively, then tier everyone into brackets at their level.
• Bring your own paddle and court shoes — no black-soled shoes on the courts.
• Both players must sign the PickleMadness liability waiver before tournament day. Waiver link is sent after registration.
• Rain date TBD. If weather forces a cancellation, registered teams can transfer to the rain date or receive a full refund.
• One ticket = one team (two players). Register once per team.
