30 min yoga flow
mini pumpkin
yoga mats available to borrow through flow
Pick a mini pumpkin to use throughout flow, pick a mat to borrow through flow. Location will have my sign visible. (by playground and pavilion section of park)
(feel free to use any personal mat/blanket instead)
Yoga flow is all welcomed and consists of Yin-gentle yoga flow. (parents or any nonregistered attendees are asked to participate behind yoga mats pre-assembled)
This is a rain or shine event. If light rain occurs, will be held under pavilion.
