Physicality for Every BodyThis inclusive improv workshop explores physical comedy through movement, character, gesture, rhythm, and presence, while offering tools for adapting exercises to your own body and needs. Designed with disabled, fat, queer, and otherwise body-conscious performers in mind, we’ll practice meeting ourselves where we are, working with what we have, and discovering how our unique physicality can become a source of comedy, connection, and joy.
