About this Event
Join Three Arches Land and the National Rivers Consortium for a morning exploring the challenges of Nutrient Neutrality and the potential for private mitigation schemes to deliver phosphorus credits in Herefordshire.
With Nutrient Neutrality affecting development across the River Lugg and River Clun catchments, the event will bring together developers, landowners, planning professionals and environmental specialists to share experiences, hear about reliable, legally robust mitigation approaches, and discuss the barriers to delivery.
What to Expect
- Presentations on the issue of the pressure of delivering 27,000 homes across Herefordshire, Nutrient Neutrality and the impact on Herefordshire and our Rivers, phosphorus credits and private mitigation schemes.
- Questions and answers with speakers.
- Facilitated round-table discussions exploring barriers around development, land availability, planning and regulation, and commercial viability.
- Networking with industry professionals.
- An opportunity to discuss existing Nutrient Allocation Methodologies (NAMs) and understand how mitigation solutions may support stalled developments.
The discussions will help identify the practical challenges facing the industry and where collaboration could make a difference.
An Added Benefit for Attendees
Attend the event and receive an exclusive code for a complimentary site assessment from the National Rivers Consortium.
Whether you have a site affected by Nutrient Neutrality or are exploring opportunities for phosphorus mitigation, this is an opportunity to understand your site's potential and take the first step towards finding a solution.
