Mykki Blanco:
The American rapper, performance artist and LGBTQ+ activist Mykki Blanco has consistently defied expectations since bursting onto the international scene in 2012 with the hit “Wavvy”. Today, Mykki Blanco is a prominent trailblazer in hip-hop who has consistently refused to be confined by genres. Over the past decade, he has built up a catalogue that moves effortlessly between hip-hop, electronic music, trap, experimental pop and much more, whilst carving out a unique, norm-breaking path in a genre that has historically been closely associated with misogyny, homophobia and transphobia.
Through various projects and collaborations, Mykki Blanco has also made a significant mark on the media and pop culture – including as the lead in the music video for Madonna’s “Dark Ballet” (2019), through the art-house collaboration “No Leash” with Cody Critcheloe for Shayne Oliver’s Hood By Air brand, through collaborations with stars such as Kanye West, Devendra Banhart, Amnesia Scanner and Charli XCX, and through tours with Björk, Major Lazer and Death Grips. With his forthcoming album “CAFE PARADISO”, created alongside his long-standing collaborator Drew “FaltyDL” Lustman, Mykki Blanco is embarking on a new chapter with a more intimate and cosmopolitan vision and a sound reminiscent of Prince and Connan Mockasin.
People experiencing Mykki when he played ALTER in 2023, knows exactly what an engaging stage presence to expect!

Mikey:
Behind the new Copenhagen-based duo mikey are Maiken Kock Rask and Henrik Koefod Petersen, who have made a name for themselves over the past year with their honest, alternative and melancholic pop of 2026.
With their debut EP, “first notes”, the duo garnered attention from several international music media, including “The Line of Best Fit”, which wrote about the duo’s songs, which revolve around the difficult choices, doubts and changes that come with life after the age of 30.
Their music blends electronic compositions, organic instruments and Maiken Rask’s vulnerable vocals on tracks that strike a balance between vulnerability and strength. mikey moves between the dreamy, the contemplative and the danceable. When the duo perform at Phono in October, they invite the audience into an intimate and atmospheric soundscape, where powerful melodies and honest stories are at the heart of the experience.
