About this Event

If you’ve wept the tears, done the therapy, and are ready to stop surviving and start being the author of your own life, welcome to the muse lair!

Join us at this interactive, two-hour Intro for a short meditation, playful improv activity, curated writing prompt, writing time and optional share.

Learn how to hurdle blocks, tap into your resilience, and rewrite your personal narrative with complete creative authority! No experience necessary.

This is a free intro to the women's trauma-informed, four-week masterclass running Wednesdays, October 21 - November 11, 2026, 6:30 - 8:30 pm ($400 + GST).

Led by 30-year writing workshop-facilitation veteran, professional playwright, poet and journalist Marn Norwich, the full program — an exhilarating intensive — is a radical departure from traditional processing groups. We aren’t here for psychoanalysis — we’re here to use the spontaneity of improv games and strategically-created prompts to turn raw survival into literary art.

Please note: there are limited seats for this intro. If you register but can't make it, kindly cancel your registration so that others can attend.

The workshop will be held at beautiful Circles in the Square, a joyful gathering place for conversation, creativity and community.
