We’ll begin in community with ceremonial cacao from With Organics, followed by a guided write-and-release ritual and a deeply restorative sound journey. Through vibration, reflection and intentional rest, you’ll be invited to quiet the outside world, soften the nervous system and create space for renewed clarity.
