Pianist Peter Horvath has been perfecting his craft since the age of 6 when he began taking classical piano lessons. Born in Budapest, Hungary, he attended the Bela Bartok Conservatory of Music. At age 17, he won the National Jazz Combo Competition in Gyor, Hungary.
Two years later he moved to Austria to attend the Vienna Conservatory of Music. Establishing himself quickly in the Austrian jazz scene, he began playing and touring with jazz notables such as Leo Wright, Louie Austen, etc.
In 1983, Peter moved to the U.S., where he studied at the Berklee College of Music in Boston. He has since performed, recorded and toured with a long line of world-class artist, including jazz greats Bobby Hutcherson, Joe Henderson, Richie Cole, Ernie Watts, Eddie Henderson, Charles McPherson, Benny Maupin, Victor Bailey, Lenny White, Arturo Sandoval, Randy Brecker, Marcus Miller, Pee Wee Ellis, Bob Mintzer, Bob Sheppard, Craig Handy, Tiger Okoshi, Lalah Hathaway, Melba Moore, Ledisi, Keith Washington, Rosie Gaines, Ray Obiedo, Pete Escovedo, and the Oakland Symphony.
Peter is currently on faculty at the California Jazz Conservatory, Saint Mary’s College of California, and Stanford Jazz Consortium.
He appeared previously at Chez Hanny with Jeff Chambers, Charles McNeal, Doug Webb, Michael Zilber, Scott Barnhill, Sylvia Cuenca/Craig Handy, and the Peter Horvath Trio.

Bassist Dan Feiszli attended the University of Miami School of Music on a scholarship. There he studied with internationally renowned bass professor Dr. Lucas Drew. In 1998, Dan received his Bachelors Degree in Studio Music and Jazz, as well as the School of Music Student of the Year Award. During his time in Florida he played with Ira Sullivan, Richie Cole, and Sonny Fortune, among others.
Since his graduation, he has traveled the Western hemisphere performing with artists like Ignacio Berroa, Raul DiBlasio, Julio Iglesias, Silvano Monasterios, Raul Midon, and Nicole Yarling. In the US, Dan has performed at such music festivals as SFJAZZ, The Playboy Jazz Festival in Hollywood, California, the Mary Lou Williams Women in Jazz Festival in Washington, DC (with Nicole Yarling), and several appearance at the Hollywood Jazz Festival in Hollywood, Florida. His national club performances range from the Blue Note in New York City to the Jazz Bakery in Los Angeles.
Since moving to the Bay Area, he has been heard in top flight company such as Bobbe Norris, Larry Dunlap, Akira Tana, Larry De La Cruz, and Michael O'Neill.
He was heard previously at Chez Hanny with Maria Marquez, Scott Hill, Larry Dunlap/Charlie McCarthy, and Peter Horvath.

Drummer Jason Lewis has played with a variety of talented musicians including: Joshua Breakstone, John Stowell, Gary Burton, James Moody, Mark Murphy, Norma Winstone, Larry Coryell, Darol Anger, Regina Carter, Johnny Frigo, Ann Dyer, James Carter, Taylor Eigsti, John Handy, Anton Schwartz, Mark Levine, Peter Apfelbaum, Cornelius Bumpus, Kurt Elling, and Boz Scaggs.
