Saxophonist and composer Pete Wareham has spent the last twenty-five years forging a singular musical voice at the intersection of jazz, rock, electronics and free improvisation. For the EFG London Jazz Festival, he brings together a specially assembled group of exceptional musicians for an evening of adventurous music, drawing on improvisation, composition and spontaneous collaboration. Blending acoustic instruments with live electronics, the performance will move freely between intricate textures, driving grooves and moments of complete unpredictability.
