About this Event
You do not have to be in bloom to be worthy of care. As the days grow shorter and the seasons begin to shift, we may notice changes in our energy, emotions, and relationship with rest.
Through floral wisdom, gentle restorative yoga, botanical reflection, and intentional rest, we'll explore what it means to care for ourselves during times of transition.
Drawing inspiration from seeds, roots, flowers, and the natural rhythms of dormancy, this gathering invites us to remember that growth doesn't always have to be visible to be meaningful.
Together, we'll create space to listen to our bodies, honor our emotional landscapes, reconnect with community, and explore small practices of care to carry into the winter months.
No floral design or yoga experience is needed. Come as you are.
The experience includes:
-Seasonal emotional wellness and SAD awareness
-Floral intelligence and botanical reflection
-Gentle restorative yoga and supported rest
-A simple, hands-on botanical care ritual
-Guided reflection and community connection
