Dear Friends of Pet Haven,We have been dreaming about this moment for a very long time, and we can hardly believe we finally get to say it: Pet Haven’s new Adoption Center is almost here!
After months of planning, construction, fundraising, a few unexpected challenges, and a whole lot of anticipation, our new home is coming to life. More importantly, it will give us something we have needed for years: more room to care for cats, comfortable spaces where they can thrive while waiting for adoption, and a warm and welcoming place for families to meet their newest companions.
This building represents so much more than walls and rooms. It represents the countless people who have believed in Pet Haven and our mission over the years. Every donor, volunteer, adopter, member and friend who has supported us has helped us reach this moment. This new home belongs to all of you, too.
And we finally have a date to celebrate together! Please mark your calendars for Saturday, November 14, for the Grand Opening of the new Pet Haven Cat Adoption Center! We cannot wait to open the doors, welcome you inside and show you what your generosity has made possible.
Of course, while we prepare for this exciting new chapter, our work continues every day. Pet Haven is full of wonderful cats and kittens waiting for homes, and there are always more waiting for space to become available. If you have been thinking about adding a new cat or kitten to your family, we hope you’ll come meet them.
As we get closer to opening our new doors, I find myself thinking about just how far Pet Haven has come, and how none of it would have been possible without people like you. Thank you for loving these cats, believing in our mission and helping us create a place where even more animals will have the chance to find the families they deserve.
I hope to see you on November 14 as we celebrate this incredible new beginning together!
