Perth, Business Women Australia Roundtable Conversation - Building Great Teams
Growing a business is one thing. Building and keeping a great team is another.
Join Business Women Australia members and guests at our June peer roundtable, hosted by Elisia Coetzee, Founder and Director of Strategic HR. This is designed for business owners and leaders who want to build strong, engaged, and high-performing teams, without navigating the complexities of HR alone.
As organisations scale, many leaders find themselves grappling with the same challenges: finding the right people, navigating human resources and compliance, and retaining talent while maintaining a strong, positive culture. If this resonates with you, we would love you to join our dynamic discussion and knowledge sharing in the private boardroom of Eighth Avenue Social in Maylands.
With over 26 years’ experience across human resources and industrial relations, our host for the morning is Elisia Coetzee, who works closely with growing businesses to move beyond reactive people management to create practical, people-focused solutions that support performance, culture, and compliance.
Join our meaningful, small-group brainstorm, bringing together leaders facing similar people challenges to share insights and challenges, ask questions, and explore what really works when it comes to attracting, developing, and retaining great team members.
In this session, we’ll discuss:
Why finding and keeping great people becomes harder as businesses grow
Common HR and people challenges in small to mid-sized teams
How to build strong foundations without a full-time HR manager
Practical strategies to improve engagement, performance, and retention
This is not a presentation, it’s a thoughtful, practical peer-to-peer conversation for leaders who value learning and connecting in a meaningful way.
Everyone is welcome, including members and guests of Business Women Australia.
Places are limited to ensure quality discussion. Coffee and refreshments are provided.
