Registration is open for the 10th International Conference "Perspectives of Construction Law", taking place on 5 November 2026, at the InterContinental Athénée Palace in Bucharest.In its 10th edition the conference marks a point where construction law in this region no longer needs to prove that it has a serious professional community. It does. The question now is where our best practices stand - and how they must evolve in response to FIDIC contracts, arbitration, claims and delay analysis, new technologies, and a constantly changing legal framework.
