Join us for a 1-hour Personal Safety & Awareness Workshop led by Julie Kemple, a longtime member of our YogaSix North Carlsbad community with a background in law enforcement and training in personal safety.
As self-defense & personal safety are increasingly top of mind, this workshop will provide practical knowledge, awareness, and techniques to help you feel more confident and prepared.
Walk away feeling more aware, more confident, and better prepared with practical skills you can carry with you every day.
