Person Centred Planning
This is a 2 day course that will run from 10.00am - 14.00 pm on the 23rd and 25th February 2027
Join us in person for an engaging session all about Person Centred Planning. Person-centred planning is all about putting your relative at the heart of every decision. It focuses on who they are—their strengths, goals, and what a happy, fulfilling life looks like for them—rather than just the support they need. Person-centred thinking, approaches, and planning are key to improving all aspects of their life and should be used in all future planning decisions, including when moving into supported living.
Refreshments will be available but please bring a lunch.
Parking is available in the Orchard Centre across the road from the Office or it is a 10 minute walk from Didcot train station.
