Attendees will learn traditional Persian techniques, from preparing the perfect eggplant spread and fragrant saffron rice, and the world famous “Tahdig” to creating a rich tomato-based chicken dish and a delicate Persian sweet.

Kashk o Bademjoon — Roasted Eggplant Spread with Kashk, Caramelized Onion, Garlic and Dried Mint.
Zereshk Polo — Fragrant Saffron Basmati Rice with Tart Barberries, Pistachios and Almonds.
Persian Chicken — Tender Chicken Braised in a Rich Tomato, Saffron and Persian-Spiced Sauce.
Persian Halva — Traditional Saffron and Rosewater Halva with Pistachios

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
