Permission Parlour is a monthly space for creativity, belonging and wellbeing.
A place to step away from the noise, meet some lovely people and give yourself permission to pause.
Each session will be a little different, but we'll explore themes around creativity, connection and wellbeing through simple coaching prompts, playful activities and meaningful conversations.
You might leave with a new idea, a new connection, something to think about — or simply the reminder that you don't have to figure everything out on your own.

There is no expectation to network, perform or have the answers.
Come on your own or bring a friend.
And you don't need to consider yourself “creative”.
You just need to be curious.
Who's it for?
Permission Parlour is for freelancers, artists, coaches, leaders, charity workers and anyone working in community, creativity, wellbeing, education or social impact.
It's also for anyone who simply feels like they could use a bit more connection, curiosity and community.
You don't have to have a particular goal for coming.
You can just come along.

I want Permission Parlour to be accessible, so there isn't a fixed ticket price. Give what feels right for you and, if you're able to, you can pay a little extra to help someone else come along.
