Perinatal Pilates & Wellness Gathering
Come join us for a morning of movement, connection, and community at THE ROSE ROOM CAFE in Webster, MA!
We’ll kick things off with a Perinatal Pilates class designed to help you strengthen, stretch, reset, and reconnect with your body. Whether you’re expecting, newly postpartum, or years into motherhood, all moms and experience levels are welcome!
Following class, stick around for our Perinatal Wellness Gathering, featuring local vendors, wellness resources, and an opportunity to connect with other moms in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Our goal is for you to leave feeling refreshed, supported, and more in tune with your body!
Your ticket includes a drink voucher to enjoy a beverage from The Rose Room Cafe.
A portion of all proceeds will be donated to the Worcester Animal Rescue League, so you’ll be supporting a wonderful cause while taking some well-deserved time for yourself.
Please bring a yoga mat with you!
