During this workshop parents will learn to understand more about their feelings and emotions during their pregnancy and after birth.
  • Date: Fridays
  • Time: 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
  • Special note: For expectant parents and postpartum families.

  • Understanding Baby Blues
  • Healing/Treatment
  • Stress management tips
  • Resources for parents

The provides health and wellness services, programs and activities in the Bronx as part of New York City’s effort to promote health equity and reduce health disparities. We also have clinical partners who provide primary care services.
