Perfect Your Ramen, Step-by-Step

For ages 13 & up

Perhaps the ultimate comfort food, a steaming bowl of ramen full of flavorful broth, bouncy noodles, and exciting toppings practically demands to be slurped with gusto.

To achieve the perfect bowl of ramen, we’ll tear beyond the instant packets to learn traditional, time-tested noodle techniques (including how to achieve an incredible bouncy texture in handmade noodles), plus how to achieve the most flavor in your marinated proteins, broth and toppings. At the end of class, everyone will sit down to enjoy their bowl of ramen together. Your choice of chicken or vegetarian.

You will be working in a small group. For ages 13 and up. Attendees not yet 17 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Each attendee must purchase a ticket. 21 or older? You’ll enjoy a glass of wine or beer paired with your meal.

• Basic Ramen Noodles

• Chicken Ramen Broth with Tori Chashu (Braised Chicken)

• Veggie Ramen Broth with Tofu Chashu

• Ajitama (Ramen Eggs)

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
