Have you ever wondered how to make the perfect, golden crusted pie?Come and learn how to make the "perfect pie". This workshop is open to all ages and abilities. It is a great session for those wanting to learn key skills, increase their repertoire or just gain a bit more confidence in the kitchen.
The skills that you will take home include:
- knowledge of different types of pies and pastries;
- How to make shortcrust and suet pastry making;
- knife skills.
You will make your own shortcrust pastry and pies on the day, as well as learn from demos. The workshop will end with a delicious meal cooked by you, served with new found friends around our dining table.
