A holiday season favorite, Peppermint Stick Ice Cream, will return to The Hop(s) this year on Sunday, November 1st! A dairy and vegan version will grace the menu at all locations through December. Each year as the leaves loose their color and slowly drift to the ground, as winter's chill glistens, as Yule Log season approaches, the merry Hopsters sound the trumpets announcing Peppermint Stick's arrival. This is a Hop Ice Cream tradition that goes back to the 20th century and we are honored to bring it back to you in 2026!
