People’s Budget Town Hall: Our Wins, Our Vision, Our Power
We have more power than we did a year ago. This year, the People’s Budget Coalition came together to fight back against devastating cuts and helped win back more than $100 million for our communities.
Now, it’s time to look ahead.
Join PBC members and community partners for a People’s Budget Town Hall to celebrate and debrief our 2026 budget fight, shape our vision for the coalition, and build our strategy for the year ahead.
Together, we’ll:
- Celebrate & debrief: Reflect on what we won, what worked, and what we learned from this year’s budget fight.
- Shape our vision: Confirm our shared vision for the People’s Budget Coalition and map out what we want to build together.
- Build our power: Confirm our governance as a group and strategize for another challenging budget year, with a stronger coalition behind us.
This is a space for PBC members and our broader community to reflect, imagine, and help shape where we go from here.
Join us if you're new to budget advocacy, fought with us in 2026, or want to help shape our next budget fight.
DINNER IS PROVIDED!
We fought. We won. Now let’s build.
