Participants share personal experiences, exchange practical insights, and build meaningful connections in a relaxed, encouraging environment.
The group is facilitated by a licensed social worker and is designed to provide both emotional support and helpful coping strategies.
Whether you are newly diagnosed or have been living with Parkinson’s for years, this is a place to learn, share, and feel supported.
Care partners are welcome, with a separate group held at the same time to allow space for their own connection and support.
