The Ottawa Chapter of PEO will host its New Members Night and Certificate Ceremony at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, October 26, 2026, at Sala San Marco in Ottawa.
Special Guest Speaker
Aguiade D. El Sebai, P.Eng., ing., P.E., M.Eng., MBA
Major Bridge Lead, Ontario and Atlantic-Stantec
Mr. El Sebai is the Major Bridge Lead for Ontario and Atlantic Canada at Stantec. He is an accomplished transportation structures and bridge engineer with extensive experience in the planning, design, rehabilitation, and delivery of complex bridge and transportation infrastructure projects. His project experience spans Canada, the United States, and the United Arab Emirates, where he has contributed to the successful delivery of major infrastructure initiatives.
Throughout his career, Mr. El Sebai has led multidisciplinary teams, managed complex engineering programs, and championed technical excellence, innovation, and client-focused project delivery. Beyond his project work, he is committed to advancing the engineering profession through mentorship and leadership development, serving as a mentor within Stantec and the TAP community.
Mr. El Sebai is a licensed professional engineer in Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, and the State of Connecticut. He holds graduate degrees in engineering and business administration and is passionate about fostering the next generation of engineering leaders while advancing resilient and sustainable transportation infrastructure.

Certificate Recipients should not register here; they pre-registered in the PEO Portal and will be emailed a private official registration link.
The regular price is $40 per ticket, which includes dinner. Register before October 10, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. to receive 25% off, making the discounted ticket price $30.
