Discover the story and modern spirit of Penelope Bourbon, a brand born from one of life’s greatest celebrations. In 2018, Mike Paladini and his wife, Kerry, learned they were expecting a baby girl, Penelope. Inspired by the occasion, Mike teamed up with childhood friend and neighbor Danny Polise to create a whiskey that celebrated life’s pleasures—both big and small. What began as a tribute to new beginnings has grown into a celebrated American whiskey brand enjoyed across all 50 states and beyond.
Guided by the Penelope Missouri Field Sales Manager, this special evening will take you through the story, craftsmanship, and distinctive styles that make up the Penelope portfolio. Your journey begins with a Penelope Blackberry Old Fashioned welcome cocktail, followed by a guided tasting of several Penelope expressions—and a surprise pour to finish the evening!
