Join Habitat for Humanity Tampa Bay Gulfside, in partnership with the St. Petersburg Housing Authority, to learn about Pelican Place, a new affordable townhome community coming to South St. Petersburg.
Pelican Place will offer income-restricted homeownership opportunities for qualifying individuals and families through Habitat's affordable homeownership program.
This event will be held at the Habitat St. Pete Resource Center. Attendees will be able to view floor plans, renderings, and community information while learning more about the opportunity.
Parking is available next door at Evara health.
During the event, you can:
• View floor plans and community renderings.
• Learn about Habitat's homeownership program and eligibility requirements.
• Speak with Habitat team members and ask questions.
• Start and submit your application on-site.

Pelican Place homes are income-restricted and available only to households that meet Habitat for Humanity Tampa Bay Gulfside program requirements. Application fee waivers apply only to applications submitted during the November 21st event. Acceptance into the program is not guaranteed.
